A Whimsical Garden Party Bridal Shower Brunch
For this enchanting garden party bridal shower brunch, the bride envisioned a fairytale atmosphere. To achieve this, I executed a full silk floral installation two days prior to the event, transforming the space into a magical setting. The couple had rented tents and table settings through their caterer, which seamlessly integrated with the overall design.
A unique touch was added to the invitations and thank-you cards, where I hand-rendered an illustration of the bride's family home, the venue for the shower. The reverse side of the invitation featured another hand-drawn rendering of the bride and her fiancé, providing a personal and special element to the design.
In addition to the decor, I assisted in selecting wardrobe options for both the bride and the mother of the bride, opting for floral dresses that harmonized with the garden theme while ensuring they stood out beautifully. Every piece of signage and the napkins were also hand-rendered by me, enhancing the personalized touch of the event.
The whimsical fairytale ambiance was accentuated by giant paper flowers, ranging from 3 to 8 feet tall, creating a sense of wonder. The bar, floral cart, and an armoire displaying handmade vases for bouquet favors were all rented from our collection, perfectly complementing the theme.
For a unique favor experience, the bride wanted to offer a build-your-own bouquet bar. Each guest received a handmade vase, distinct yet cohesive in design, allowing them to craft their own bouquet from a selection of blooms. All vases used for guests and floral arrangements on tables were meticulously handmade by me.
I also played a crucial role in selecting the florals for the day and arranging them in the vases for the centerpieces as well as the large floral display at the entryway. This thoughtful approach ensured that every element contributed to the enchanting fairytale atmosphere the bride desired, creating a truly memorable celebration.
